My Favorite KitchenAid Sales Happening During Prime Day | Lifehacker
KitchenAid products are reliable, well designed, and extremely popular among home cooks, but their prices are often out of reach for many of us. Fortunately, KitchenAid is having a sale during Amazon’s October Prime Day with a wide range of discounted products. I could easily create a list of just their stand mixers and attachments, but a well-rounded kitchen has more than just a single big-ticket item. Here are my recommendations from this Prime Day KitchenAid sale, big and small. (Although I did include one stand mixer, because it’s special.)
Meat tenderizers might not be a snazzy gadget that you show off to friends, but they’re the MVP when it comes to making delicious meats that impress a crowd. This meat tenderizing mallet comes with both a flat side and textured side: Use the flat side for pounding out chicken schnitzel, and the other side for tenderizing tough steaks.
If you could only buy one new thing to improve your kitchen today, I’d recommend a kitchen scale. It’s one of the most useful tools that will help you with recipes, conversions, and consistency (not to mention you’ll find yourself suddenly interested in the weight of all kinds of things, like how much kibble you're actually feeding your dog). This KitchenAid digital scale has two measuring platforms and a backlit display, which helps quite a bit when a large bowl is blocking your light.
I admit, I'm a sucker for fabric kitchen accessories. They’re helpful and cute, and I can’t help it if I relate. This KitchenAid oven mitt set includes a silicone lined oven mitt, pot holder, and two kitchen towels, all at a sizable discount. If your kitchen towels look dingy and your oven mitts have gotten uncomfortably thin at the fingers, this might be a good time to replace them.
Every coffee fan should have a burr coffee grinder. If you’ve elevated from buying pre-ground to whole bean, I love that for you; but if you’ve been using a blade grinder to pulverize your coffee instead of a burr grinder, then you have some glowing up to do. Burr grinders break down your beans more uniformly, and this KitchenAid burr grinder has size settings, timers, and programming options so you can prep your double espresso right after your partner sets up their French press.
It’s one thing for a stand mixer to go on sale—but a sale and an extra attachment thrown in? That’s opportunity knocking. This KitchenAid Artisan 5-quart mixer is at a discount, and in addition to the normal whisk, hook, and paddle attachments, it also includes a silicone-edged scraping paddle attachment. It’s great for scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl for cookie doughs, cake batters, and especially cheesecake batters.
The Go series from KitchenAid will help you realize you’ve been tethered to outlets for too long. This KitchenAid cordless bundle includes three separate (matching) cordless appliances: the hand mixer, food chopper, and handheld kitchen vacuum. (And you know how much I love a kitchen crevice vacuum.) All of them are powered by a rechargeable battery that attaches to the back of the appliance. which comes included.
I don’t usually think of air fryers when I hear “KitchenAid,” but this digital countertop oven might change that. It’s a sleek convection oven with all of your regular air fryer features, like air fry, broil, and dehydrate, but it also comes with a proof setting and a wee pizza stone.
